Transportation for the retreat We are coordinating transportation from the DFW airport to the camp with several vehicles that are being rented. As the dates approaches for the retreat in December, we will be gathering your flight schedules to make sure you are picked up.
There will be people driving their own vehicles that can help out, if transportation is needed during the retreat. If you want to rent a vehicle with your -00- account, we encourage you to do so, provided that you are willing to help out as needed. Per Dale Coad
