Answer: Travel costs to and from the retreat are covered by "00." The flight expense to and from the retreat is considered a "business expense", covered by "00" (as long as there is money in that account). If you have additional costs not related to the retreat, but travel in conjunction with the retreat, those additional costs are at personal expense.
If you book a flight to include your personal plans, i.e. vacation before or after the retreat, you will need to go online and get a quote of the flight without the personal detour. The difference in ticket price would be at personal expense.
